Though there are fresh fruits and vegetables. The juices are made very fresh and some would say cheaper to buy the fruit than the pre-made juices.

Casado- A meal that consists of rice, black beans, and a portion of either: fish, chicken, or beef and is also served with a fresh chopped cabbage salad.

Palmitos- Which is very interesting! This is the heart of a palm tree, the dead center. It is served in a salad with usually vinegar dressing.
