Beachy's Country Chalet Restaurant
Located in quaint downtown Sugarcreek (one of the premier destinations in Ohio's Amish Country,) Beachy's Country Chalet Restaurant is an ideal place to start out the day, or to finish it. The Amish chefs here take a great deal of pride in the food that they cook, so you are sure to get a meal that you will enjoy. A number of food items are on offer, including homemade baked goods such as pies and other pastries. You can also browse their gift shop and maybe even purchase one of the famous Amish quilts.
Chalet in the Valley
Located in the historic and beautiful town of Millesrburg, Ohio, the Chalet in the Valley Restaurant is the perfect place to get some delicious home-cooked food that conjures up the classic culture of the Swiss, Austrian, and the Dutch. The menu here is one of the best to be found in Amish country, including a number of dishes identified as "Amish Favorites," such as the smoked sausage dinner, which is the perfect way to end a day of fantastic adventures in Ohio's Amish Country.
Der Dutchman Restaurant
This restaurant, with several locations scattered throughout Ohio's Amish Country, is certainly one of the most famous restaurants in this part of Ohio. They serve a wide variety of home-cooked Amish food, including several meals that are the perfect choice for a family dining experience (their roast beef is especially delicious, so be sure to try some while you're there.) They also offer a number of their baked goods for sale, as well as other food items, so you'll be able to take home a taste of Amish country when you leave.
Farmstead Restaurant
If you're looking for an authentic taste of Amish cooking, then look no further than the Farmstead Restaurant. This Amish eatery is located in Berlin, so it's within easy access of some of the most popular parts of Amish country, and most of the dishes here are based on traditional Amish recipes.
