Restraining Order Issued in the Big Brother 9 House

Immediately after the live show, something happened. The live feeds were blocked, so none of the Internet viewers got to see any of it. From listening to all the various conversations throughout the house, a general picture has emerged. It seems that Allison was upset because she did not think it was fair that the competition was an elimination competition and that she buzzed in one second after Sharon, and then Sharon eliminated her. Josh had already decided that his plan for the week was to aggravate Allison, so seeing her already worked up, he pushed her buttons. They got into an argument of some sort with Josh getting in her face, calling her names. She claims he threatened her life and went to the producers to try to have him removed from the show. She is threatening to sue CBS. The producers responded by issuing a restraining order against Joshuah. He has to stay five feet away from Allison at all times.

Here are the events as they unfolded, once live feeds resumed:

Allison vents in the kitchen to Matt and Ryan about what just went down with Josh. She feels physically threatened by Joshuah. She says she has had nothing but torture for three weeks from everyone in the house and she is "Above all of this. I am way above all this." Matt offers for him and Ryan to go slap him around and Allison says "No." She does not understand how a man could speak to a woman like that. She continued to vent to Ryan, then Josh walked by and made a comment about assuring the final four to someone. Adam stepped over to talk to Allison, who told him she was "Shocked by what Shelia said during that. In shock. Shock." Adam just shook his head in disgust. Allison was called to the Diary Room. While Allison is in the Diary Room, Natalie, Joshuah, Sharon and Shelia are in the pink bedroom talking about Allison. Josh mentions that Allison is always saying before every competition "Oh, I'm gonna win this. I'm gonna win this." Natalie yells out "I KNOW!" Josh tells Shelia "You're better than she is. Don't let her think that she is better. You're better than she is." They are talking over each other and it is difficult to follow their conversation. It is actually humorous to see Natalie and Joshuah talking to Shelia at exactly the same time. They continue to trash talk Allison after Josh leaves the room. Sharon mentions that she is concerned about how Josh's behavior is going to affect her in the game if everyone is thinking Josh is unstable. Shelia said "That's what it was like with me and Adam at the beginning." Sharon keeps reverting to whispering and her whisper is one of those that you just cannot hear what she is saying. The other two women in the room are talking in normal voices, but Sharon keeps whispering.

The women talk about how to assure one of them wins the POV so Ryan and Allison cannot take themselves off the block. Sharon asks Shelia if she would be willing to go on the block as a pawn so she and Adam could play for the POV. Shelia said she really did not, but if she knew for sure that she would be staying, she would be willing to do it. Shelia told Sharon that she would rather have someone else put up as the pawn because she would like to be the one to vote to send Allison out of the house. Natalie and Shelia both say that Sharon and Josh need to put someone up who is going to be strong and can win the POV and Adam and Shelia have not won anything yet, so they would not be the best choice.

They have been on an indoor lockdown since the HOH Competition and Joshuah just yelled through the house that the outside was open, which made Sharon very happy. She left Shelia and Natalie to go outside. Natalie and Shelia began whispering.

Sharon ended up getting sidetracked and she and Josh sit down on the bathroom couch and whisper with Chelsia. Sharon explains the conversation from the pink bedroom about who to put up with Ryan and Allison and Josh said "Someone has to go up. Next week, we're going up unless they (pointing to Chelsia) win HOH... Someone has to go up." Chelsia whispers to Josh to be careful because Allison was saying that she is complaining to the Diary Room because he got right up in her face. He said "I never touched her." Chelsia said "Yeah, that's what I thought." Sharon is confused and asks "You touched Allison?" Josh said "I never touched her." Josh can hear Allison talking in the other room and says "Oh! Scared for her life?" He said that he would never hurt anyone and that "I will scare you, but I do know that I would never hit a woman." Sharon suggests "Maybe you should go into the Diary Room and let them know that you are not psychotic." Chelsia and Sharon told him that Dick always made sure ahead of time. Josh went to talk to Natalie and Shelia and said "I did not touch her or do anything to her." Natalie said "I know." Shelia said "Just remember everything that's been said, okay?" Josh said that he is control this week and all they have to do is tie it and he will get to be the bad guy and send her home. It's done. Shelia said "And here goes another partner who's gonna be upset because he had no control over what just happened." Josh rants about how Allison tries to make herself seem better than everybody else, saying she has traveled the world and she does not hold grudges. They continue trash talking Allison and reviewing the past few days with the way Allison was "Shopping around with her vote to see who would give her the better deal." Allison came out of the Diary Room crying to Ryan. She washes her face and her tears as she tells Ryan that Josh swung the HOH key at her face saying "I'm not going to be treated that way. I'm telling you that right now." She talks about how mortified her parents must be to see the way he just treated her. She sobs into her hands. Ryan tells her "I know this is hard, but this is exactly what he wants. You just need to be strong." She said it is the threats and that no one is ever going to threaten her in her entire life. Ryan said he did not hear him threaten her. She said "He said he was going to strangle me.. slit my throat.. then he got like two feet away from me and called me a _____ and a _____ and I'm on television...and then he swung the key in my face" (Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwdHtjNDeO4).

The way Allison describes how angry her father is right now and what he would do if he were there, reminds me of my own father (deceased) and how he would have reacted to a similar situation. When Josh came out of the Diary Room, he went into the pink bedroom and told Shelia and Natalie that Big Brother has issued a restraining order against him concerning Allison. He has to stay at least five feet away from her at all times. He said "Evidently, she thinks I am going to kill her."

Josh goes out into the living room with Sharon and Shelia and they talk more trash about Allison. Josh said "I'm not a hot head, but this house, being cooped up makes you crazy." Shelia said that Allison has turned on everyone in the house and they all want to see her go this week. Josh said "I can only wish that she goes on slop. If she goes on slop tomorrow, that would actually make my week." He turned to Shelia and said "I don't want you to get slop, you go crazy" (Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXS3_QVkf_U).

The three of them get a little on the silly side joking around. Adam is eagerly anticipating the pizza they are going to eat at nine PM Big Brother time because they go off slop at that hour. They tell Adam that Allison has taken a sleeping bag to Jen and Parker's old room and is sleeping in there, saying she wants to cut herself off from everyone and she is in there with the door closed. (Note: Big Brother rules for this season say that they all have to sleep in the same bed as their assigned soulmate and if they get permission to sleep elsewhere, it has to be on the floor). Shelia tells Adam "She tried to get him kicked out of here. Did you know that? Did you know that she tried to get him kicked out?...He has to stay five feet away from her... at all times." Adam mumbles something as he shakes his head in what appears to be shock.

Adam tells Shelia she should have handled her part in the event "In a more civil manner." Josh said his plan to evict Allison is called "Operation Gardener" because she plants seeds throughout the house. Adam said "Condor worked well." Josh said "Yeah, that was a good plan."

When James comes into the room, Josh tells him not to worry "Operation Gardener is in effect."
