Return the Favor Discount Program for Veterans in Cayuga County
Local Businesses Show Thanks to Cayuga County Veterans

Businesses who choose to participate will receive a Return the Favor sticker to display in their window, notifying local Veterans that their business is participating. They will also receive a listing in a pamphlet that will be given to Veterans that have claimed their ID Card. All local businesses are encouraged to participate in Return the Favor by offering a discount of your choice to Cayuga County Veterans.
Local Veterans will need to contact the Cayuga County Clerk (Sue Dwyer) or the director of the Cayuga County Veterans Office (Larry Wilt) to obtain the Return the Favor ID Card which will provide access to the great discounts available at participating local businesses.

Additionally, you may stop by the former Steve and Barry's Location at the Finger Lakes Mall on Saturday, March 27th between 10am and 2pm where Sue Dwyer will be providing more information for Veterans and local business owners wishing to show thanks and participate in Return the Favor.
She will also have applications and a camera available to process passport applications. Please call in advance for Passport information, and be prepared with all required documents.
