Return to Sender: NFL Veterans that Will Make an Impact in 2010

Sometimes the only remedy for losing or not winning a Super Bowl may be for a superstar NFL veteran to change his residence in order to seek new success in the NFL, and this 2010 football season may be one for the ages to remember in which one of these three veterans will finally win a Super Bowl Ring.

#1. Donovan McNabb was released from the Philadelphia Eagles at the end of the 2009 season, and now he will play for a team that was once his divisional rival - the Washington Redskins organization knew that obtaining this seasoned veteran would bolster their chances to appear in Super Bowl 2011. McNabb without a doubt will have a chip on his shoulder when he faces his previous team, this may be just enough motivation for him to have an outstanding 2010 NFL season.

#2. LaDainian Tomlinson was traded to the New York Jets at the end of the 2009 NFL season, and now he is in the twilight of his career - this change of scenery may just be what LT needs to go out on top. The talk around the league is that LT will not be that much of an importance pertaining to his running game, not to mention his wide receiver mad skills. I completely disagree with this assessment of his skills and heart concerning all of the positives that LT will bring to the New York Jets now high power offense. LT will help propel the Jets into the divisional playoffs in 2010, and hopefully he can remain injury free to possibly appear in Super Bowl 2011.

#3. Terrell Owens 2010 late trade came to a surprise to many when the Cincinnati Bengals would acquire the talent of TO for a one season deal, the only question is - will TO and Ochocinco be able to be that one two punch needed for the Bengals to finally own the right to appear in Super 2011? Terrell Owens does have a chip on his shoulder, and he also has a chance to get some sweet redemption in the 2010 NFL season, he is the missing link that will get the Bengals into the divisional playoffs.

#4. Torry Holt is a Super Bowl champion, and he will someday be elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Torry "Big Game" Holt is now a part of the high powered and skillful offense of the New England Patriots, and it may come to no surprise that Tom Brady will immediately utilize his talents to lead the Patriots into the divisional playoffs. Torry Holt expertise and professional demeanor fits perfectly well with Coach Bill Belichick's overall playmaking schemes that may lead the Patriots into the Super Bowl in 2011.

Yes Al, great work and I believe these guys still have a lot left to contribute, especially D-Mac and T.O. while L.T. will help the Jets a lot as well. Should be interesting. I know I wouldnt wanna cover the Bengals' wideouts now!

Great article Alfonso. Remember Marcus Allen (KC Chiefs) days? He had a whole new career when it was thought that he was done. I see that in LT. As for the TO/Ochocinco show, the pressure is really on Carson Palmer to have a stellar year to make it work.
