Revenge Can Be Sweet

There are many types of revenge from innocent little good-natured pranks to all out war like pranks. Some people say revenge is a sweet thing, while others think it is just pure evil. Sometimes people say it is evil, with a devilish grin and that just means it is silly. Personally, I think revenge is excellent as long as it does not hurt anyone.

Revenge in the form of a harmless prank is fun as long as it does not hurt the other person. However, common sense needs to play an active responsibility here. Some individuals throw common sense out the window, because hatred clouds their good judgment.

Good-natured revenge such as switching someone's glass of soda on ice for black coffee on ice is just beyond funny. Sending love notes to the weird boys in school from your best friend might have been easy revenge and it was considered harmless revenge when you became friends again.

Emptying the vodka bottle in your parents' liquor cabinet is something some of us have done as teens, we drank the vodka, or we dumped it down the sink, replacing it with water. Either revenge or the urge to get drunk was the culprit, but I am betting your parents did not think it was funny.

Thought the instances of revenge thus far are innocent, they certainly do not mean any harm. Revenge taken to the extreme will hurt someone and that is just morally wrong. When one thinks about revenge if you would not want it done to you, then perhaps you should not do it at all.

Here is a instance of revenge that were taken to the extreme and you dear readers should heed the warning and not do this instance of revenge, because hell has no fury like a woman scorned.

There once was a man named Joe who enjoyed rough sex, Joe often liked to have sex with his wife when he was drunk. One time after a night of heavy drinking John came home and saw his sleeping wife and he decided to take what he though wrongfully was his, and he began having sex with his sleeping wife. She got her revenge that night but listen to the rest of the story before you judge her.

His wife woke up her husband raping her yet again, and having been through this before she became enraged. As the fury escalated in her soul from having this happen all too all often, she remembered a vow she had made to her self long ago. She never had the courage to stand up to this man but that night as he thrust his pelvis against hers she found that courage. After he lay sleeping spent beside her she grabbed a kitchen knife and lopped off his penis citing revenge.

We never heard what happened to her after that act of revenge but we know he went on to become a porn star. She no doubt went to jail for assault, for getting her revenge on her husband the rapist. How many of us who are raped by a husband have not thought about doing the same thing to him? What stops any of us from taking that ultimate revenge and lopping off their penises?

We know the price of such revenge, which is what stops us from lopping off his penis. We either just deal with it or we take a stand or kick the sob out of the house. What she did is wrong no doubt, as she hurt another human. This is one only of the cases, trust me do a Google search on penis reattachment and you will see tons of reports of this type of revenge happening.

Revenge some say is the epitome of childish actions, I beg to differ, especially when it comes to a cheating spouse. I am one of those people who just give others ideas about how to get back at a cheating spouse because I have been there. Not there as a cheater, but as the spouse of a low down dirty dog who thought it was okay to cheat openly.

I certainly would never recommend seeking revenge on a cheating spouse in which the spouse could be hurt. I would never do such a thing either. It still makes me wonder what would push some one to those extremes.

When I write about taking revenge on a cheating spouse, I do no ever imply to do something as serious as an injury. When I do write about revenge on a cheating spouse I certainly mean to do harmless revenge tactics and nothing that will hurt a person.
