The 1912: Titanic Mystery takes you on a tour of history as you work to uncover the clues. Each scene will tell you to find ten of a single item. After those items have been found then there will be a new list of various items to find. Most of the items require a little skill to find, but some are in open sight and others nearly transparent.
Shredded diary pages are another item that need to be found. These pages help the story progress and are very interesting to read. Anyone that is interested in history and the individuals involved will enjoy the 1912: Titanic Mystery diary pages and the insight involved.
There ia also special items to put together and use to open up small puzzles. These puzzles are surprisingly difficult such as the morse code message. Other puzzles are moderately difficult. For instance, a picture was divided into sections. Each section was randomly switched with another section and each section was also turned either left, right or upside down. These sections had to be placed in the right spot as well as turned upright to finish the puzzle. There is a skip feature for each puzzle but using it gives you a ten minute penalty.
Another item to find throughout the game is red and white life belts or circular floats. Each life belt equals one help to find an item. However, since the life belts are randomly resized, partially hidden and disguised, you might wish for help to find them also.
The 1912: Titanic Mystery comes with free Titanic related wallpapers. These scenes are artistic sketches and are pretty enough that you will want to use them.
I recommend the 1912: Titanic Mystery pc game to anyone that prefers difficult hidden object or puzzle games and also to anyone that is looking for a way to keep their mind in shape. It is not a good game for small children or the easily frustrated though.
The 1912: Titanic Mystery is available at Big Fish Games website for $6.99. There is also a 1912: Titanic Mystery Game Guide available so that you get the most out of the game.
