2005/06 Upper Deck SPx Basketball Cards come in hobby boxes which contain 18 packs. Each pack contains 4 cards. On average, every hobby box contains one autographed rookie jersey card and two dual memorabilia cards. The dual memorabilia cards feature either two pieces of game used memorabilia from one player or one piece of game used memorabilia from each of two different players.
The regular base card set for 2005/06 Upper Deck SPx Basketball Cards consists of 90 cards. These cards feature some of the top veterans and young prospects currently playing in the league. SPx Rookies are also part of the base set and are sequentially numbered to 1,499.
All of the base cards and SPx Rookies have a parallel version. The Parallel version is called the Spectrum Parallel. These cards are each sequentially numbered to 25.
There is also an insert card that is a parallel set of each of the base cards, SPx Rookie cards, and their Spectrum Parallels. These insert cards are called SPxcitement. The SPxcitement versions of the Rookie Cards are sequentially numbered to 1,999. The SPxcitement versions of the base cards are sequentially numbered to 999. Both the SPxcitement versions of Rookies and Regular Base Spectrum Parallels are sequentially numbered to 99.
The Game Used Memorabilia Cards in 2005/06 Upper Deck SPx Basketball Cards are either Winning Materials or Winning Combos. Winning Materials and Winning Combos are inserted 1 out of every 14 packs, so you should get at least one of each kind of Game Used Memorabilia Card in every hobby box. Both Game Used Memorabilia Insert Sets have a Spectrum Parallel. The Spectrum Parallels of these insert sets are sequentially numbered to 25 each.
