I accepted the fact that different people like different things, and that some of us, just like both boxers and briefs for different activities and occasions. I accepted it long before I ever tried the 2(x)ist No Show Trunk, but it's one compelling reason and pair of underwear that could take you out of the debate, too.
One reason that the boxers versus briefs debate is no longer applicable to me, is that I have accepted the role of bikini briefs and boxer briefs in my well-rounded underwear drawer.
Bikini briefs do not have a fly like the traditional cotton, white briefs. They usually sit lower on the hips, and may reveal more of the upper thigh than a traditional brief. I can wear them with my boot cut jeans, and never worry about displaying my underwear when I go to tie my shoes or pick up a penny. And they keep everything in place, as they should, when I am exercising and otherwise bouncing around.
Boxer briefs go the other way a bit. Boxer briefs sit higher on the waist than a bikini but in the same place as a traditional brief, while the boxer briefs extend further down the thigh as a tight pair of shorts would. I wear these primarily as my everyday underwear. I consider them the most versatile of underwear, and wouldn't be embarassed to have them displayed for an impromptu hot tub session or open changing room.
I have worn bikinis, boxer briefs, boxers, and briefs. But today, I would like to tell you about the 2(x)ist No Show Trunk. 2(x)ist is the brand, just as you would know Jockey, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Calvin Klein, or Marks and Spencer. The "No Show" part of the name indicates that it will sit low enough on your hips and that it's seams are flush against your body so you do not see "panty lines" through your trousers. And the "trunk" part indicates that it's not a brief or a boxer brief. It is a truncated boxer brief, or "trunk," and does not extend as far down your thigh as a traditional boxer brief.
The 2(x)ist No Show Trunk is super soft, and it's made of cotton. The shorter leg of the trunk allows for easy movement and comfort.
However, this trunk is not for everyone. It forms a pouch in front that will lift and accentuate your genitals. If you are not comfortable putting yourself front and center, the feel will be unwelcoming.
Remember, options are available besides boxers and briefs. You might just like the alternatives!
