Ajax is available in Orange, Lemon, Bleach Alternative formula in Ruby Red Grapefruit and Lime scents. The one I am currently using is the Antibacterial Orange. The company claims it to be a super degreaser, and I agree. Once I wash my pans with it, the greasy feel is gone. It does not leave a dry (like it took out part of the pans finish) or a slimy coating, but just a nice clean surface that is waiting to be used for the next meal. The grease seems to disappear in the sink as well which means I can continue to wash my dishes without changing out the water.
One of my favorite things about Ajax is the fact that it keeps it's suds for a long time. This means that I do not have to keep adding soap to the water in order to get all of the dishes washed. I've used cheap liquids before that don't last and don't leave the clean feeling that Ajax does.
Washing dishes is one of my least favorite chores to do around the house. But with Ajax, I know that I can quickly get the job done without having to rewash anything. It also has such a pleasant scent that it perks me up and encourages me to finish the job. So many times I would love to just leave the dirty dishes and forget about doing them. But we all know that can't happen, at least not in a responsible household. So, since I have to do it, at least I can enjoy a pleasant smell.
Ajax actually costs less than some of the leading brands. I pay right around $2 for a 34 FL OZ bottle. Not a bad deal considering that the bottle will last me about a month. It lasts that long simply because of the long lasting suds and degreasing action.
Overall, Ajax dishwashing liquid is an excellent product and is worth the 6 cents a fluid ounce for it!
