The slide itself is only about 20 feet long, but that is long enough for your children to get a running start and have a fun slide along the mat. Make sure you set it up ahead of time though as the majority of the water that coats the mat they slide on comes from the fountains of water coming out of the side of the slide after you hook it up to the garden hose.
Once the children slide down the mat and under the tunnel. The tunnel probably allows the children to get wet the most when playing with this toy. The manufacturer advertises that it has a splash pool at the end of the mat, but in reality that "splash pool" is ore of a puddle.
Here are some things I discovered about the Banzai Aqua Jump Slide when my children and the children of friends were playing with it. First of all, this is not as sturdy as our old slip and slide. The plastic is very thin and if you put it over a rough surface or somewhere that has pebbles below it your children will have a rough ride. Not only that, they will be disappointed because the slide itself will puncture and become useless. Even if you put the mat over stiff grass you run this same risk of puncturing. I highly recommend placing it on a well manicured area of grass that is soft in your yard to give your children the best experience possible.
Would I recommend the Bonzai Aqua Jump Slide? Only if you treat it as a disposable toy. Make sure you realize for $13 you aren't getting a quality made product and that it won't last very long. If you get more than five uses out of it before it punctures, consider yourself very lucky. Now, of course if you consider five days of entertainment worth the $13, then by all means I would recommend purchasing the Bonzai Aqua Jump slide for your three to eight year old children. Just make sure you set it up somewhere with a smooth grassy surface to maximize their enjoyment.

- Similar to the old Slip and Slide with same issue, slide stays too dry.
- Angle of sprinklers isn't consistent, grass gets more water than the slide.
- Shower from "the tunnel" is ok, but nothing special to keep you cool on a summer day.
