Review: Body Fortress Super NOS Blast

Greg Seltz
Compared to BSN's No Xplode, an extreme performance igniter popular among body builders, the product known as Body Fortress Super NOS Blast is not far in comparison. The goal of these products are to widen the blood vessels, thereby increasing the flow of blood to the body's muscles. Not only are muscles receiving nutrients quicker, but also sustaining them with key amino acids and minerals that will eventually help them develop faster. The products will physically enhance energy levels and provide users with a significant increase in intensity during workouts. For users who are not fortunate enough to have a General Nutrition Center nearby, Body Fortress Super NOS Blast is a great substitute and can be purchased at most Wal-Marts. The cost, only $29.98.

First things first. Find a suitable time, no later than a few hours before you sleep, to engage in an intense workout session. First time users will probably want to take a serving smaller than what is recommended on the label to get a feel for the surge in energy levels. Drink with water about 30 mins to an hour before hitting the weights. I, personally, developed a tolerance for No Xplode nearly a year ago. Today, I decided that my tolerance for NOS products is now non-existent and proceeded to purchase Super NOS Blast from Wal-Mart. Similar to No Xplode and other energy boosting supplements, I found that Super NOS Blast provided me with intensity and the motivation to not only lift more, but to engage in more sets on various machines, free weights, etc. The sluggish, demotivated sloth I have become accustomed to is now being introduced to the dedicated Marine, full-of-energy I once was. I noticed that I increased my weight by nearly 10-15 pounds on all machines.

Super NOS Blast is recommended for serious body builders who are committed to achieving the utmost performance in the gym possible. So far, my performance remains exceptional and I have yet to develop that tolerance. I must also add that the taste is not bad. If I must choose between this product and No Xplode, I would probably go with the latter. No Xplode is not nearly as expensive as it once was, and would definitely choose it over Super NOS Blast if the difference in price is less than 10$. However, after experiencing various energy boosters and performance igniters on the market, Super NOS Blast is better than most. Give it a shot!
