Review of Body Zen Foot Bath Fizzers

Morningstar
I enjoy a spa day every once in a while, but the idea of paying to be professionally pampered clashes with my bank account. On the hunt for inexpensive bath products, I perused Wal-Mart's selection of holiday bath sets. Among the makeup kits and the boxes of tea, I found a 6-pack of Body Zen Foot Bath Fizzers modestly priced at $2.88. I decided to sacrifice a few dollars to try out this product.

The scents of the Foot Fizzers resemble a coffee shop menu. There are strawberry vanilla, green tea, café latte, and grape mint to name a few. The directions say to "add one or two Foot Fizzers to your warm water in your foot massager or bath tub and dissolve thoroughly". I don't own a foot bath, so armed with a book to read, I headed to my bath tub for a soak. I plopped a Foot Fizzer into the water and began to relax. Instantly, the disc began fizzing and disintegrating. I'll admit-even as an adult it was fun to watch. However, no nice fragrances or colors followed. None of the "heat and aromatherapy" which the box promised would "refresh and nourish" occurred. What a waste of a bath!

Perhaps my experience would have been more rewarding if I had a foot massager. I may begin the search for one now, in which to use my remaining Body Zen product. Until then, I'll stick to bubble bath.
