Review of the Canon SD1100 Digital Camera

The Canon Company is a reputable manufacturer in the world of digital photography. In most procurer point of view, they would say that the Company among the top manufacturers in the world. The introduction of the SD1100 digital camera has really added to their credibility. The SD1100 is a continuation of the SD1000 previously introduce in the market of digital photography. The device is pack with a lot of features, which includes 3x zoom that is considerable low, a 2.5 inch screen and many more.

The control pattern adopted in SD1100 digital camera is quite similar to the previously introduced gadget from the Canon's categories. This would be quite interesting for experience photographers that would love to navigate through external controls; the device is equipped with a lot of external controls, which includes self-timer/drive and ISO sensitivity, flash and focus. The SD also features a print button, which when it is punch by a photographer it activate the print photos.

In the modest design pattern of the device, there is no availability of a grip a procurer or photographer to grab. There was no space for a grip in the minimalist design concept of the SD1100 but look but using one hand to snap images would be somehow possible because the photographer's middle finder could rest on the ergonomic curve situated at the front of the SD1100 digital camera. The SD1100 sports a 2.5 inch screen with an anti-reflective coating. The screen of the device is moderately bright, even in direct sunlight situation information can be read. A clear image is accessible, because it features a resolution of 230,000 pixels. The battery life is prolonged if the optical viewfinder is in use instead or in-place of the LCD monitor.

Controls & Menus
