Cascadian Farm Organic Oats & Honey Granola: Serving Suggestions
This is a very good granola cereal. I like it by itself or as a base. So far, between us, my husband and I have added whole roasted unsalted almonds, milk chocolate chips, Craisins dried cranberries, golden raisins, and cashews, in various combinations. Although I like this cereal as packaged, my favorite way to eat it is to add a few almonds to the mix. My husband's favorite combination is almonds, Craisins, and chocolate chips.

According to the website, this cereal contains soy products in the form of soy lecithin and the possible use of soybean oil. However, the box I have doesn't mention soy at all, and I don't know whether it's an older box or the website simply hasn't been updated. If I can find out, I'll update the information, but in the meantime, anyone wishing to avoid soy should check the box before purchasing.

Post a CommentSounds good. I love Granola, either with milk or just dry if I need a quick snack. It's great sprinkled over ice cream too.
