Review of Chungs All Natural Chicken Fried Rice Meal for Two

I am familiar with many of the Chung brand line of frozen foods. Recently, I came across Chungs All Natural Chicken Fried Rice Meal for Two while grocery shopping. This item was in the frozen dinners section. I was intrigued. I decided to purchase this meal for two, try it and write a product review all about it. Here is what I discovered!

I bought Chungs All Natural Chicken Fried Rice Meal for Two for only four dollars. That was a very food budget friendly price, in my opinion. The picture of this meal, on the outside of the carton looked great! This dish has chicken breast meat chunks, green peas, carrots, sugar snap peas, corn, white rice, all in a sauce. This meal is also all natural. I loved that fact! I could not wait to taste it.

This dinner is perfect for microwave cooking and that is how I prepared it. I unwrapped the container, vented, heated on high for five minutes, stirred, re covered and continued cooking on high for three more minutes. I let the carton stand for one minute before stirring well and serving. This dish looked fantastic and it smelled wonderful. When I tasted this meal, I fell in love with it. Totally. It was perfect. The veggies were crisp and fresh tasting, the chunks of chicken were plentiful, tender and juicy and the rice was fabulous. This dish is moist and I loved that! The corn in it really added a special touch. A relative of mine tried this meal with me and she loved it, too. We both agreed that it is one of the best frozen fried rice dinners we have tried so far. This one is a winner!

I rate Chungs All Natural Chicken Fried Rice Meal for Two five stars out of five stars. It could not be any better. I was very impressed. I will be buying it again. It is delicious and affordable. One serving has 310 calories. 60 of those calories are from fat. One serving has 6 grams of total fat, only 1 gram of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 40 mg's of cholesterol, 800 mg's of sodium, 47 grams of total carbs, 2 grams of dietary fiber, 11 grams of sugars and 20 grams of protein. This meal has lots of vitamin A in it. This product is proudly made in the USA. I highly recommend this one. It makes Americans proud with it's great taste.

The Chung line of frozen dinners for two includes Teriyaki chicken, sweet and sour chicken, garlic beef and many others. These dinners also come in a BPA free green reusable container. Awesome.
