With four individual dance parties all happening under the same roof you are guaranteed to find a way to enjoy yourself. If halfway through the night you decide you want to dance to a different style of music or the floor gets too claustrophobic, leave. The beautiful part is you won't have to leave the club, find parking again, wait in another line, and pay a second cover fee.
From the cavernous basement to the ceiling scraping VIP lounge, the music is good and loud. The first floor serves as a welcoming site for the first couple hours of the night, usually partiers drop their coats, grab that first drink and then make their way to another floor. When Club 720 is good and full, the first floor becomes prime dancing area, a mix of the best hip hop, top forty and reggaeton play throughout the night.
If Latin music is what you are after try the lower level basement of the fourth and fifth floors. Known as the Catacomb, because of the cavernous, brick lined appearance, the basement is the best place in the club to find a little privacy. The perimeter of the dance floor is lined with recessed alcoves perfect for lounging and private gatherings. The overall look of the Catacomb suits the sultry Latin music that couples dance to all night long.
The third and forth floor party to the same popular Latin beats; reggaeton, Spanish rock, bachata, and Latin hip hop. The fourth floor VIP lounge overlooks the entire third floor, which is an entirely open dance floor looking out over the city. Every night sees this room at its best, a steady crowd fills the dance floor and the large space allows you to party with a group of friends, solo, or with just the right person- get lost or stand out, it's your decision.
The party on the second floor always seems to be extremely packed, but this is only due to the layout of the room and the constant flow of people moving between floors. Still, the second floor is able to hold a party of its own making. Depending on the night and the crowd the music can go from House to Trance to Techno, it really just depends on the vibe the DJ gets from his fans.
Go to Club 720 for the variety, guarantee of a good time, and super hot crowd. Think twice about it if you are male flying solo, a party of males without any ladies, or show up late. There are a lot of people trying to get in and there are nights you will find yourself in a line wrapped around the block at 2 a.m.
