Cove Haven Resorts offers the following breakfast: pancakes, Spanish omelet or French toast with hash browns and apples as well as cereal, fresh fruit and beverages. Dinner includes: pot roast with red roasted potatoes and carrots, chicken with white wine and rice pilaf with broccoli, or filet of sole with mashed potatoes and green beans.

The Poconos are really a great place to go and they have improved many of the places there a great deal over the years.
My first husband and I spent time in the Poconos at Cove Haven with the heart shaped tub on our honeymoon. We had a cabin, and an all inclusive package. We chose to eat our meals in the dining room and it was a fun experience.
