Fantastic Lash Mascara
This mascara always goes on without clumps, and feels light on the lashes, and it gives me those long, lushes' lashes that I love.
The color from Fantastic Lash Mascara lasts for several hours, giving no need for reapplication in the middle of my night.
It is water proof, so tears won't affect it at that wedding, but you might want to hold off on the swimming. It tends to smear if you wipe at soaked eyes after taking a dip.
Cover Girl Smoothers Concealers
This is the perfect cover up for on the go. It comes in a convenient tube just like lipstick, can be dabbed in placed and smoothed out without any risk of spilling, or making a mess.
It is a stick, not a powder, so it won't come loose from the case and cause a mess inside a make bag.
It is the size of a lipstick, so small and portable, and no awkward shapes like cover up bottles.
It washes off easily, and does wear off throughout the day but won't leave spots on clothing or your boyfriend if you use it lightly.
Cover Girl Outlast Double LipShine
I never go anywhere without this handy little tube of lip color. Once dabbed on this color stays put for a long time. As much as 12 hours. It comes with a gloss to add a bit of shine. The shine wears off, but the color stays.
This LipShine has been a perfect solution for me. Regular lipsticks make my lips dry out, but LipShine doesn't effect it, and I can wear my favorite lip protection right over top of it with no trouble.
I've used LipShine before going swimming, eating, dancing, and many other activities. While it does wear off a little faster when eating and swimming, it will last longer then anything else I've tried. Perfect for long trips.
Why Cover Girl?
I've tried many products from many companies, from Wet-n-Wild to LancĂ´me. While the higher end products have more varieties, and different ways of applying make up colors and lotions, I've found that they perform the same function, and not always as well as the lower end products.
Cover Girl is a mid range product with good prices, often on sale, available almost anywhere, and has a good selection of colors, shades, and products. I still experiment with other brands, but I keep going back to Cover Girl.
