Review of the E-book Faith: The Final Frontier

(That We May Be Justified in Him Because of Trust)

Faith Draper
One bible scripture well known by most Christians is Romans 5:1 "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ". I have this verse posted on the very top of the first page of my own web site By Faith Only. After reading "Faith: The Final Frontier (That we may be justified in Him because of Trust)" by Kenneth Schortgen Jr. I read this scripture in a whole new light and understanding.

This e-book may be short but it is jam packed with information, Schortgen's own learning, insights, and experiences and covers what is the basis of most Christian's beliefs, our faith. At no time is the book judgmental or preachy - the author states the facts and findings in an organized and easy to understand format

"I have been led to write this book with two distinct purposes. First, to plainly explain what faith is... or isn't, and to try to give you the tools to changing the mindset and paradigm that keeps us from experiencing the fruit of His Power in our faith. And secondly, to help you to realize that it isn't faith that keeps His works and miracles from occurring in our lives, but the second most important part of the equation... our doubt." - Kenneth Schortgen Jr.

"Faith: The Final Frontier" first shows how the words 'faith' and 'trust' have individual meanings yet between the Old Testament and the New the use of the two words changes markedly. Schortgen is not saying God's message to us changed but merely the fact like many other words in the English language over time 'we' have changed the use different words.

Chapter 2, 'Desire + Trust + Removing Doubt = Success!', is extremely powerful in showing why we do not see the miraculous miracles of the Old Testament. Using the example of Peter, the ship, walking on water, and the wind we can see how just a little bit of doubt can change everything. Taking out eyes off Jesus for just a moment is enough to let the negative attitudes of the world in and lead to not God's failure to answer but our failure to trust Him for that answer.

Schortgen makes another strong point for "What or Who, is Our Real Teacher?" Many of us feel as long as we read the bible everything will be 'OK' our prayers will be answered but was the Bible what/who God had intended as our real teacher. Why were we given the Holy Spirit if all is needed to learn is a single book? "All growth and understanding falls within our ability to hear, trust, remove doubt, and in the infinite attributes of the Spirit."

"Faith: The Final Frontier" goes on to give tips on how we can all learn to live by trust and enjoy the wonderful blessings and rewards God intended for everyone along with his own story and those of several others who have had the desire, trust, removed doubt and achieved success.

You can get your own copy of "Faith: The Final Frontier (That we may be justified in Him because of Trust)" by Kenneth Schortgen Jr. at his web site Kingdom Tools . For anyone who is not seeing miracles in their lives I would highly recommend reading this inspiring e-book.

About Kenneth Schortgen Jr - "I am a student of wisdom, not knowledge. I believe that knowing anything without the ability to apply it in our lives is worthless trivia. My goal in life is not to teach people a topic, but to teach them how to learn, so that they can take whatever desires they have and run with it as far as they wish to go."
