Coverage:
This is defiantly a skin tone corrector. If you are looking for a full coverage, change your direction right now. This is a very sheer coverage (meaning it is very light). If you have healthy skin and you just want to add that perfect glow, this is the foundation for you.
Since this is such a sheer coverage and there is not much coverage to begin with, this foundation was completely gone after the sixth hour. I no longer had that nice glow. If you would like a foundation that stays for the day, this is not the foundation for you. Now you can always apply a primer under this foundation and you will get approx. ten hours of a healthy glow. But if you do not have a primer or you don't want to invest in a primer, you may want to look at another foundation.
Texture:
I personally love this texture. It is so silky and light. It actually moisturized my face when I applied it. Not only did it give me a healthy glow, it made my skin feel healthy.
What I do not like about this foundation - this is a liquid and can crease easily. No there are many ways to work around this creasing. Clean your face well and apply a toner. After the toner, apply a moisturizer. This will even out your skin and wake it up. Apply a light primer before the foundation, and you will have a great glow to your skin.
If you are into airbrushing, you may even find this to be in your favor. Being a makeup artist, I airbrush foundation a lot because it gives such a great coloring and coverage. I used this foundation in my airbrush and it worked out well. Keep in mind that this is not for coverage (as in blemishes) but it is coverage for a healthy look. So do not think using it in your airbrush is going to cover your blemishes. It works just the same.
Color:
Coloring is nice, but the color selection is bleh. There are two colors available on Estee Lauder's site: Vanilla Beige and Country Beige. Both of these colors are on the darker side, so if you are light skinned you will not find a color for you.
But, as for the other colors, they are rather natural looking. Make sure you match your skin tone perfectly though because the color will come out looking rather odd if you don't.
This is a good foundation for those who skin tone applies. If you want that subtle glow and sheen, this foundation is for you. It is a tad pricey at $24.90 on Estee Lauder's site, but there is a good amount of product.
