The Evenflo EX Explorer Journey Stroller offers all the convenience of a full size stroller while being easy to lift and maneuver. This stroller offers one hand steering, a good size grip area, parent console with cup holders and storage, child tray and storage basket underneath for the diaper bag and other items. The seat does recline, and there is also a net canopy that you can attach, which you could possibly use camping to keep the bugs out.
You are supposed to be able to open and close the Evenflo EX Explorer Journey Stroller with one hand, making it easier as there would be no bending. It's not that simple, not for me at least. I have a hard time getting the stroller open and cannot do it with one hand. I do not have a problem getting it closed, though. It folds up nice and does not take up too much room in the trunk.
The Evenflo EX Explorer Journey Stroller is wonderfully priced and has a very nice look. It was easy to put together and seems easy to clean if need be. It moves great and feels nice to push. I have pushed it over grass, gravel, etc. and it's still pretty smooth. There have been a couple times that it was tough getting the diaper bag in and out of the basket, which caused a small hole in the basket netting. However, I suppose this situation depends on the size of your diaper bag.
Before purchasing the Evenflo EX Explorer Journey Stroller we had a travel system by a more expensive brand name company. The previous product cost more money and only lasted a few months before we were unhappy. The quality on the Evenflo EX Explorer Journey Stroller is much better than a more expensive brand. All though it was not a fun experience to have the previous stroller pretty much fall apart, I'm glad that it happened because it has led to a purchase of a product that I stand behind fully.
I am very happy with this product and would recommend the Evenflo EX Explorer Journey Stroller to anybody that is expecting or already has a child and needs to purchase a new stroller. Trust me, you will not be disappointed in the least.
