Review- Florida Mall in Orlando, FL

Some people call Florida one of the most exotic places in the world. Along with their great list of beaches and amusement parks, they also have an excellent selection of malls. Florida Mall in Orlando Florida can be called one of the best malls in the country due to its spacious area and friendly atmosphere.

The Basics

The basic atmosphere of the mall is quiet and laid back. This mall seems to cater to teens and families since they have so many stores targeted towards that audience. As with all malls, they have the basic stores which any mall should have. Stores such as Macy's, JcPenny's, Dillards, Nordstrom and Sears appear to take up most of the malls cliental. These are the stores that stay packed from the time they open till the second they close.

Florida Mall has something for everybody!

Kids: Stores such as K-B Toys and The Disney store will cater to kid's looking for toys as they have some on display that the kid's can play with. Other stores such as Babygap, Gymboree and Club Libby Lu offer kid's clothing apparel at low prices. I must say that this mall can be complimented for great competitive prices.

Women: Women should find this mall extra fun since it basically "revolves" around them I'll say. While Florida Mall offers a wide range of items, women should be especially pleased with the selection. Stores like Bath and Body Works, Victoria's Secret, Fredrick's of Hollywood and Torrid should bring smiles to those women looking to enhance their beauty. Other stores such as Nine West and The Coach store enable shopaholics to indulge deeper into their accessory addiction.

Men: Men who are heavy into sports merchandise will love this mall. While the suit and tie apparel is limited in this mall, the sportswear isn't! Stores like Champs Sports, Footlocker, Footaction USA and Guess provide a broad selection of shoes as well as clothing. The Armani Exchange has tons of urban and classy wear for all occasions at a reasonable price.

Extras

While this mall has tons of apparel and accessories, they also have a huge supply of music, movies and jewelry stores. Florida Mall currently has over 15 jewelry stores, and you guessed it, I visited them all! Being a "Bling" fanatic like I am, I visited just about every store before stopping and making a purchase at Gordon's Jeweler's. The music and movies store, FYE(For Your Entertainment) is stocked with the newest CD and movie releases for on sale prices. The mall even has a photo studio where you can take beautiful portraits with your family and friends.

Food Court

Now what would any mall be without a food court? In Florida Mall they have one of the biggest selections to pick from when it comes to food. You name it and they have it, whether it's Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Soul Food or Italian. The list is endless as they also have Starbucks, Mrs. Fields Cookies and Dairy Queen just to name a few.
