Review of the FroliCat BOLT Automatic Laser Toy for Cats

Using a laser pointer to give your cat or dog endless entertainment is nothing new in the pet world. Some of the simplest devices can make your dog or cat a happy and more active pet. While searching on the internet to find a nice toy for my cat, I discovered the FroliCat BOLT Automatic Laser Toy.

Even though this odd looking device works on the same principles of a plain Jane laser point device with one main difference; the fun action for your pet is completely automated. The FroliCat BOLT Automatic Laser Toy sets up almost anywhere and you have the option of adjusting the reflective lens to point at either the wall or floor.

Before buying this device my cat was hardly interested in any conventional pet toys. Now he is able to get the exercise he needs to maintain his strength and peppiness. Pets that are inactive most of the time tend to have more health problems and I am thankful to have found this particular toy in order to thwart possible complications as he gets older.

With the FroliCat BOLT Automatic Laser Toy, you have the option to set the device to automatically run for fifteen minute play sessions. The toy does a great job at randomly moving the laser beam In a natural fashion; as if you the pet owner are manipulating the device yourself. You can however turn the device on manual mode so you can join the action with your pet.

The FroliCat BOLT Automatic Laser Toy operates with only four AA batteries and after 6 weeks of use the unit has not required replacements. The construction material of the toy is top rate and very durable. The price is a little steep for my taste but my cat has never been more active with any other toy that I have seen.

So far, I am very happy with my purchase of the FroliCat BOLT Automatic Laser Toy. I enjoy seeing my pet run around trying to catch the zippy laser and I believe my cat will continue to get a kick out of it for a long time.
