Review of Giant Supermarket Located on Spoul Road in Springfield, PA

If you live in Delaware County near Springfield, Pennsylvania you'll have to check out the brand new Giant Supermarket! The store is located at: 721 W. Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA . The store is open twenty four hours a day and has quickly become my favorite place to shop!

The supermarket faces into the side of the parking lot, allowing for ample parking spaces and even has an outdoor seating area if you'd like to eat a meal there. The store often has security guards and many people working to help you find things. They are very well staffed, which I really like. There are many checkout lanes open and they also have some rows of self checkouts. Unlike the other grocery stores in our area, Giant really control the lines and gets customers out fast.

One of my favorite features at Giant is the shopping carts with cars of them for kids. This little car that my daughter can drive while I push the cart is such great entertainment for her. It allows me to shop and get everything I need, while she has fun!

The supermarket offers everything a regular supermarket does, but it also has some very high end sections. They have a health food aisle, a gluten free section, bulk candy and bulk nuts area. They also have a full service bakery and deli. I have purchased some very fresh fish from their large seafood counter and was very pleased with it. They offer a coffee bar, a gorgeous salad bar and a specialty cheese area. I like being able to treat myself to a pastry and a coffee while I shop in the store.

In addition to the huge selection of groceries, the store has a large selection of office supplies, greeting cards, beauty products and a fantastic baby aisle. With me being a busy mom, I like being able to do some one stop shopping.

The Giant supermarket also has a pharmacy. I have filled about four prescriptions since the store opened and feel very happy with their service. The pharmacist took the time to answer my questions about one of my daughter's medicines. I also was able to get some gift cards for filling a prescription there. They gave out coupons where they will give you Giant gift cards when you fill a new prescription so that has worked out nicely for us.

The next time you have to do a grocery order, stop by the brand new Giant store located on Sproul Road in Springfield. It is so clean, well stocked and is a real pleasure to shop at. You'll be wowed by their selection and how fast you can get in and out of the store. They will even help you sign up for a bonus card which can save you money!
