Menu Items:
With a wide selection of menu items available every person should be able to find something they enjoy. If you are interested in a pizza you can purchase them in 11, 14, or 16 inch sizes with a multitude of toppings including pepperoni, sausage, ham, mushrooms, onions, black olives, green olives, banana peppers, and green peppers. The dough used for their pizzas is made fresh every day so you only get the freshest possible.
For those interested in Salad's Gino's has a wide variety of options including the Antipasto, Chef, Grilled Chicken, and Garden. You can also order baked spaghetti and lasagna, fried chicken, pizza breads, and sandwiches. Sandwich selections include steak, stromboli, italian submarine, meatball, and hot ham and cheese.
The menu is reasonably priced with most items in the $5-$7 range.
Specialty Item:
When I saw the "Pubwich" on the menu I had to try it. Advertised as their own "French bread recipe piled high with ham, shredded lettuce, onions, tomato and mayonnaise. Topped with 100% real cheese" this sandwich was sure to deliver. It arrived in a 12 inch pizza box and when I opened the lid I was immediately glad I had ordered this item. This sandwich is a cross between a calzone and the hot ham and cheese. The bread was similar to pizza crust though it was more flaky than pizza crust usually is. The taste of this sandwich was amazing combining the perfect combination of vegetables, mayonnaise, and ham. Served hot this very large sandwich would satisfy any customer. The price is more than most other sandwiches on the menu costing a little over $6 but it was well worth it. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone though I would also add that you should be prepared for a messy sandwich with this one.
If you are visiting or traveling through the areas of Huntington or Charleston West Virginia I would highly recommend Gino's Pizza and Spaghetti. The food was very good and not overly expensive.
