Review: Healthy Choice Meals Introduces Ravioli Florentine Marinara
Healthy Choice Ravioli Florentine Marinara is a Delicious Meal
Preparation
Getting Healthy Choice Ravioli Florentine Marinara to your table is quick and easy. There are two ways to prepare the meal: by microwave or in a conventional oven.
Microwave
After cutting a slit in the plastic cover over the food tray, place the meal into your microwave oven and begin cooking for 2 minutes on HIGH. After the Healthy Choice Ravioli Florentine Marinara has cooked for 2 minutes, remove the tray from the microwave and stir the ravioli and sauce. Put the plastic film back on top of the tray and then resume cooking the meal for another 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes on HIGH.
Once the meal has finished cooking, let the food stand in the microwave for 2 minutes before enjoying the meal.
Conventional Oven
After preheating your conventional oven to 350 degrees, cut a slit in the cover over the Healthy Choice Ravioli Florentine Marinara and place the meal tray on a baking sheet. Cook the meal on the baking sheet for 30 to 33 minutes.
After the meal has finished cooking, remove the very hot meal from your oven and let the Healthy Choice Ravioli Florentine Marinara stand for about 2 minutes before enjoying your meal.
Flavor
Healthy Choice meals don't disappoint. While they aren't always the most-filling frozen dinners, Healthy Choice meals do offer great flavor. The Ravioli Florentine Marinara entry into the Healthy Choice line of meals is no exception.
Half-dollar sized ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach bathing in a marinara sauce featuring chunks of onion and tomatoes reminds me a bit of bruschetta. In fact, I'd even say that the sauce tastes a little like bruschetta. The spinach and ricotta really balances out the flavors of onion and tomatoes. A light inclusion of mozzarella cheese tops off this great Italian-inspired meal.

Post a CommentCiao, Papa! Please excuse me if I'm not around a lot lately - I'm having a series of bad disk flare ups in my back, and must sit at computer only to do whatever articles I can, so can't spend a lot of time doing comments.
I usually have a small garden salad with the Healthy Choice entrees and end up with my appetite satisfied. Nice review.
