Review of the Heavyhands Megapack Exercise Weight Set with Case

I really enjoy using the Heavyhands Megapack Exercise Weight Set with Case because they make toning up so much easier. My friends at my running club suggested a few months back that we start running with hand held weights so as to help increase the resistance while we are running. I immediately said no to this idea because I always have to have my cell phone with me when running, as well as a few other essentials in my pocket (I always make sure I have a sweater with at least one pocket). I told them that it would really be a hassle to add hand held weights to the number of things I already bring when we run, and that I wouldn't be able to put the weights down just anywhere if I had to reach into my pockets.

Then my friend explained that there are these weights called "Heavyhands". I could not understand at first why this product was called "Heavyhands" until I actually saw it. The Heavyhands Megapack Exercise Weight Set with Case feature hand held weights with unique "Heavyhand" handles that, as best described by the manufacturers themselves, "hold your hand so you don't need to hold them". The Heavyhands Megapack Exercise Weight Set with Case is actually a set hand held weights with straps on them so that they attach to your hand easily so that you don't have to worry about dropping them when you are running or using them along with your other exercise activities. With that settled, I decided to get myself an entire set of these weights.

The Heavyhands Megapack Exercise Weight Set with Case includes the essentials for you to give your arms a great workout. It has a pair of Heavyhands handles, one set of two pound weights, one set of three pound weights, one set of four pound weights and one set of five pound weights. Whenever I go out to run, I usually just attach the pair of two pound weights to my Heavyhands. What is really cool about this is that you can actually combine the weights so as to make the resistance heavier. My husband really found the Heavyhands Megapack Exercise Weight Set with Case cool. However, he works out with at least ten pound weights. So when he cannot go to the gym, he supplements his work out at home with the Heavyhands Megapack Exercise Weight Set with Case. He combines all four sets of weights, carrying a total of thirty pounds or fifteen pounds on each side. I on the other hand, don't even bother going to the gym anymore because I already get a great arm workout with my Heavyhands Megapack Exercise Weight Set with Case.
