When you use this shampoo and conditioner you will be impressed with how well the scent sticks in your hair. I have a sensitive nose, so I do not use perfumes, I instead rely on my hygiene products to make me smell good, and this shampoo & conditioner helps with that. Not only did this set make my hair smell good, it also left my hair looking very shiny. I love shiny hair, it looks clean, beautiful and glistens in the sun. I also noticed that it helped keep the static out of my hair.
I was, however, confused by the fact that they named this product Dangerously Straight Pin Straight Shampoo & Conditioner. Though it did fight frizz, static and fly-a-ways in my hair, it did not help it get any straighter. I still had to use other products to get that straight and sleek look. That being said, I still would choose this shampoo & conditioner combo over my normal favorite, Garnier Fructis. With my usual, especially during the dry winter months, my hair is constantly full of static and sticking to my face. This is very annoying. But I really did notice a huge change in this annoyance once I started using Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight products.
Earlier I mentioned that Herbal Essences infuses their hair products with natural ingredients, hence their name. This yummy smelling Honeyed Pear & Silk shampoo & conditioner contain real fruit juices, which can help make your hair even healthier. It also contains real silk, which is what helps give your hair that luxurious shine. I highly recommend this new shampoo & conditioner. You may still need to use your straightener for those flat and sleek styles, but you will, or I was anyway, be happy with the shine and control it helps your hair achieve!

Post a CommentHave you tried the blue moisture ones? That's what I use regularly but I will try this one next time around. The scent in the blue ones doensn't stick around long tho. I do like them, they seem to help with static and fly aways too. Thanks for another great article Yvonne, keep up the great work.
I've used it before and love the smell of it! They used to make a straightening spray that was honey pear, but I haven't seen it in years. not sure if its discontinued or what.
Yeah, I was hoping little genies would come out of the bottle and straighten my hair, too; but no dice. Still, I enjoyed the product as much as you did.
