Post a CommentHot "STALE" Breads and 'Stinking' customer service is what you should describe this place as. I picked up a pineapple bday cake and to our horror the cake was stale! It's such a disgusting feeling to start one's bday with a stale cake. When I took the cake back, the utter rude, ruthless lady ( I think her name is Kiran) just took the cake inside, to avoid other customer's knowing about it and didn't even bother apologizing, instead said " I'm not responsible for this, don't talk to me". Then I spoke to other guy (I think Gopi, an utter Moron) who kept on repeating "get the cake to the store", when I was repeatedly telling him the cake was already at his store. He was absolutely a jerk and never ever bothered to listen or apologize, instead said "do what ever you want or complain wherever you want". The lady also had the cheek to say: "I don't want to spoil my new year because of this!"
