The Solo comes in two models the standard Solo and the Solo FX. The difference being here that the FX phone case comes with a designer pattern embossed into the plastic as well as featuring a mirror screen protector to enhance the new look and of course to protect your I-Phone's precious screen as well. For these extra features you pay about $3.00 more. Online at the iSkin store you can purchase the Solo for $30.00 and the Solo FX for $33.00, though you can find them cheaper online at amazon.com anywhere from $18.00-$28.00
Now on to talking about the features that both the Solo and the Solo FXX have in common:
Both the Solo and the Solo FX posses a harder outer shell and a softer interior to ensure the safety of your i-phone.
The casing protects against scratches and bumps, dirt and dust but the cases of both the Solo and the Solo FX are also odorless and resistant to heat and cold, again to ensure the safety of your i-phone.
Both the Solo and the Solo FX do come with a screen protector compatible with the case. The Solo comes with a clear, see through film, while the Solo FX comes with a mirror sheen film.
Both cases are treated with a non-slip surface so even though your i-phone is protected it won't slip out of your hand.
Both the Solo and the Solo FX provide camera access, dock port access and access to the volume controls and the earphone port.
One major Thing which can be seen both as a positive thing and potentially a negative one is that the Solo and the Solo FX cases are very, very glossy. Now this isn't necessarily negative just something that I saw and noticed as being a potentially off putting feature for some (including myself.)
As far as colorings go Solo's come in Puma (opaque black), Baron (translucent red), Night Crawler (translucent blue) and Angel (opaque white).
Meanwhile Solo Fx's Come in Breeze (translucent blue), Lush (translucent green), Passion (translucent red), Sunset (translucent orange) and Vive (translucent purple).
