Review of Jack in the Box in The Dalles, Oregon

When I moved to The Dalles in Oregon last spring I was anxious to try out some of their restaurants. Everyone had told me how many there were in this town and how many fast food joints there are. If you are on vacation and traveling The Dalles then a must stop is Jack in the Box.

Jack in the Box serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and are opened 24 hours a day seven days a week. There is no other fast food restaurant around that offers the great variety that Jack in the Box does. Their menu consist of salads, appetizers, shakes, smoothies, drinks, tea, sandwiches, breakfast items, chicken and fish items.

One of the many things I love about Jack in the Box is if your family is all in the mood for something different then you can dine here and make everyone happy. From taco's, to chicken club sandwiches to egg rolls and oriental dishes. If you want egg rolls or onion rings or french fries or maybe you want a load of fries covered in bacon pieces and cheddar cheese.

I personally love their sour dough sandwiches. They are toasted and buttered and then loaded with either your favorite burger ingredients or try their chopped steak cooked with onions and melted cheese for a fantastic taste. I love their milkshakes and according to what is in season you can get fresh berry shakes, like raspberry and strawberry.

They offer grilled chicken plates as well as fried chicken tenders for those of you wanting a more healthy alternative. They have grilled cheese for those that love these and they also make some amazing breakfast dishes too. I have had their egg rolls and they are really good.

If your a flavored tea drinker then Jack in the Box has you covered. They offer several flavors and they have coffee and orange juice too. My husband and I eat here regularly for breakfast and we always get their fried hash brown sticks. They go great with the sour dough breakfast sandwiches.

If you like french toast then come here for breakfast. They have some good food on their menu and the thing I have found that I love and that keeps me coming back to dine at Jack in the Box is their prices. When you compare what you ordered and then look at the other local fast food restaurants, you'll find that jack in the Box is cheaper in price.

They have a very fast courteous staff and the facility is always clean. They also offer a drive through service which is very quick at giving you your food and taking your order. I have noticed that when you order a medium drink they come in a very large cup.
