Review of Lean Cuisine Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom Panini

Low Cal and Delicious

Bridgitte Williams

I like many of the Lean Cuisine brand frozen foods. Recently, I came across Lean Cuisine Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom Panini in the frozen meals section of my local favorite grocery store. This treat looked so good. I decided to buy it, try it out and write a product review all about it. Here is what I discovered!

Lean Cuisine Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom Panini costs around three dollars. It is a single serving product. This dish has Italian bread, white meat chicken, mushrooms, spinach, red peppers and cheese sauce. It is low in saturated fat, protein rich, rich in calcium, iron fortified and filled with fiber. Yay! I could not wait to taste it. I discovered that this meal equals eight weight watchers points plus.

This dish is perfect for microwave cooking and that is how I chose to prepare it. I opened the plastic wrapping, placed the bread on the grill plate, on top of the box and heated on high for three minutes. Heat until the cheese is melted. I let this sandwich stand in my microwave for one minute before removing and serving. This panini looked great and smelled wonderful. When I tasted it, I loved it. Lots of cheese, chicken, spinach, peppers and mushrooms make this treat oh so special. It is delicious! Asiago, Parmesan, cheddar and Parmesan cheese are present on this panini and greatly appreciated by me. Very cheesy and gourmet tasting. I rate Lean Cuisine Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom Panini five stars out of five stars. I will be buying this one again. It is spectacular. I highly recommend it. It is a winner!

This dish has 310 calories in it. Only 60 of those calories come from fat. It has 7 grams of total fat, 2.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grms of trans fat, 2 grams of polyunsaturated fat, 2 grams of monounsaturated fat, 30 mg's of cholesterol, 600 mg's of sodium, 250 mg's of potassium, 42 grams of total carbs, 6 grams of dietary fiber, 5 grams of sugars and 22 grams of protein. Wow! This panini provided me with thirty percent of my daily calcium need. It also has small amounts of vitamins A, C and iron in it. This product contains soy, wheat and milk ingredients in it.

I loved trying Lean Cuisine Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom Panini and writing this product review all about it. It is so good, affordable and filling. Not to mention being low cal, diet friendly and so easy to prepare. This one is worth trying. It adds a special gourmet sandwich flair to lunch and dinner, anytime.

This is a good combo, but made into a panini sandwich, it is simply fantastic!
