If you have a sweet tooth and enjoy eating chocolate cake or fudge then you're going to really enjoy Little Debbie's Frosted Fudge Cakes. These cakes may come in a box, but they sure don't lack flavor. I was pleasantly surprised when I first tasted these little miniature cakes.

These small cakes come in a 12 ounce box and have eight individually wrapped cakes inside. Their average cost is 1.19 to 1.79 a box. Not bad for some small miniature cakes that taste just like they came out of the oven and was frosted.

One of these cakes will give you a serving size and 190 calories. There is 80 calories from fat with these cakes. The total saturated fat is 4.5 grams with 9 grams of total fat inside. There are absolutely no trans fats found in these cakes.

You'll receive 5 milligrams of cholesterol in these cakes as well as 110 milligrams of sodium. There is 19 grams of sugar in these cakes and you'll grab 1 gram of protein per serving. There is 6% of your daily Iron found in these cakes and 1 gram of dietary fiber.

The total carbohydrates in these little cakes are 27 grams. I buy these for my families lunches or just as an after dinner dessert. They go great with milk or coffee or your favorite drink. I love to take these cakes with me as a quick sugar fix when I need a pick me up.
