A lovely natural sugar scrub I just used for exfoliating my skin and body from head to toe is the Love and Toast Clementine Crush Sugar Scrub. It had a lovely fruity citrus clementine scent to it and all natural nourishing ingredients in it that help get my skin soft and glowing. It even leaves me smelling so nice and feeling so clean after using it in the shower instead of using my body wash.
The natural nourishing ingredients in this sugar scrub are orange peel powder, Shea butter, ginger, pomegranate, coconuts, sugar and essential oils. The texture of the scrub is gritty, yet creamy and moisturizing. The scent of the scrub is sweet like clementines, but isn't over powering and strong. The scrub comes in a squeezable bottle that has almost 6 ounces of scrub inside. The scrub is a bit pricy, but I believe it is worth using because it does help get the skin exfoliated naturally, and it is environmentally friendly.
The way I used the scrub when I exfoliated with it is by soaking in a warm bath to help soften and moisten the skin up well. Then I took small handfuls of the scrub and rubbed it into my skin from head to toe using circular motions to really help exfoliate the dead dry skin cells from my body. The scrub isn't abrasive, but it does really get the dry dead skin cells off gently while leaving my skin nourished, soft, and glowing naturally. Once I was done exfoliating my skin, I rinsed the scrub off with warm water and patted it dry.
After, using this sugar scrub once I have to say my skin feels silky smooth and has a brighter even complexion. However, did have to use a moisturizer to help hydrate my skin after using it because my skin was a little dry and I didn't want it to become more dried out. However, with that being said I do love the way this natural body scrub works and I would recommend it to any female to use to help exfoliate skin naturally.
