Review: Luster Premium White 7 Toothpaste Really Does Help Whiten Teeth
Don't Want Messy Strips, Then Check This Out
I didn't even realize that it was a tube of toothpaste to begin with, as it is not in a normal toothpaste box. It is in an oval shaped box that is clear plastic on the front. It looks as if the inside of the package is the green, and white, the same as the tube, but when you take it out, the packaging is silver. You have to lift the 2 tabs, at the top center of the packaging, to remove the plastic at the top. I couldn't find them to begin with as they are tucked down.
Once open, you can tip it upside down, and the tube comes out.
The tube looks more like a makeup tube than a toothpaste one. It has a flip-up lid, and not the screw kind.
On the front of the tube it states:
Sensitive teeth.
7 Powerful whitening agents.
Clean mint flavor.
Sulfate-free."
Now to try the new toothpaste. When you squeeze the tube, it keeps going in and in. Then finally out comes some toothpaste. It looks like the tube is less full, than regular toothpaste tubes. The toothpaste isn't as firm as a regular toothpaste. It looks wet and softer.
The smell is minty, but it has another smell in it as well, and I can't define it. It is not unpleasant.
Upon putting the toothpaste on the brush, it is fairly firm. The toothpaste doesn't froth up really well, but covers the teeth, and between them. I actually used this on my old dentures, that I keep for emergencies, and it took off some of the staining, that has occurred on them. I do not suggest that you do this.
Then I passed the toothpaste over to Len. He tasted the toothpaste, as I did, and said that it had a combination taste of mint and a slightly medicated taste. I told him that he was spot on.
He has been cleaning his teeth with the Luster Premium White 7 Toothpaste, and thinks that there is a slight improvement in the color of his teeth. This seems to be a better product than the whitening toothpastes, that our household has tried before, prior to this one.
What they say about their product:
"New Luster White 7 Tooth Whitening Toothpaste - Double the Tooth Whitening Power Than The Leading Brand!
Developed by a research scientist, medical doctor and dentist, White 7 contains a proprietary blend of 45 therapeutic grade essential oils called Citranene⢠that promote a super healthy smile along with fresh breath. Part of the science of healthy living called eubiotics, White 7's essential oils formula will take your brushing experience to a new level by delivering a vibrantly beautiful smile!"
The directions are to brush your teeth after every meal, or at least twice a day. This is for children 12 and older, and adults. Prior to that ago you should ask a dentist, or doctor.
I am not sure how long this 2.6 ounce (74g) tube of toothpaste will last, but have to say that even at $5, if it is going to improve the color of Len's teeth, then it is worth it.
You can go to their website at www.lusterpremiumwhite.com and if you join up, for their free newsletter, you will receive a $5 coupon off their tooth whitening system. It may be worth checking out.
Purchase it for $5 and got $5 back in register rewards.
