I like going down toward the farther end of Ocean CIty away from the noise, a place to relax and stroll along the beach. I found this great condo on 127th st called the Marylander House Condos. They are open year round. They have an indoor pool for the winter. The Marylander House Condo is also pet friendly so when we go in the winter we can take Samantha and Missy with us. The Marylander House Condo is handicapped accessible. They offer private parking spots. It is less than a three minute walk over the dunes onto the beach.
There are plenty of restuarants around and the night life is great. I liked the Marylander House Condo, because they had all the amenities that I could want, there was a dishwasher, washer and dryer, a microwave, a stove, a refrigerator, cable television and the Marylander also has DVD's there in the condos for you to watch. Each Condo that you can rent has a private balconey and the way the Marylander Hosue is constructed each of the Condos has a view of the Ocean.
The Marylander House offers Condos that have the capacity to sleep six comfortably, they offer one or two bedroom condos. The price for staying there is extremely reasonable, we paid one hundred and fifty dollars a night off season. During the season the prices do rise, however we have been going there for so long it is as if we owned one ourselves. The Marylander Hosue Condos offer discounts during the entire year. There are elevators in the Marylander House and private entrance keys to get into the condo itself. Safety is a major factor for us to stay there.
The staff is extremely helpful, they do not offer maid service so I always bring my own linens when I stay at the condo, they have linens and bedsheets, I just rather use my own. I have always enjoyed the Marylander House, there is nothing like waking up in the morning, sitting on your balcony, sipping a hot cup of coffee and watching the sun rise over the ocean, it is just so very peaceful. I would highly recommend the Marylander house Condo's if you plan to spend any time in Ocean City, Md.

Great job with this review!
I grew up in OC, very close to the Marylander. We generally stay at the Carusel when we go these days, but next time, maybe we will check it out. Thanks for the great review
