I bought the Vegetable flavor when I first bought a box of these crackers and I admit they were really good. The thing I enjoyed the most about these crackers is not only the flavor but the fact that I could eat 3 crackers in a serving size and only have 70 calories.
The calories from fat with these crackers are 30 and there is no trans fats with these crackers. There is also no cholesterol inside these crackers as well as no saturated fat. There is 3 grams of total fat per serving and 100 milligrams of sodium.
There is 10 grams of total carbohydrates per serving and you get 1 gram of total protein per serving as well as 1 gram of dietary fiber. Another thing that I love about these crackers is that they have less than 1 gram of sugar in them.
Monet also makes these great tasting crackers in two other flavors. They make Original and Wheat as well as the Vegetable. These are not small crackers they are very large and full of fabulous flavor. They are good to eat plain or try them with a cheese slice of your choice.
These crackers are great at parties and different functions you may host. You can try these crackers with your favorite dip or have with cream cheese and a slice of your favorite appetizer. I have even had these crackers crumbled in my home made soups for an added touch.
These crackers go great with salads as well as enjoying them with your favorite glass of wine and fruit. The vegetable crackers are made with some great vegetables. Carrots, green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, celery, red bell peppers, onion powder as well as wheat flour are just some of the great ingredients that make these crackers taste so well.
I also love the wheat crackers by Monet because their more healthier for us than those crackers just made with white flour.
