Review of Money Making Websites: CashCrate.Com

In an effort to break free of the need to work 9 to 5, I recently began looking on the Internet for ways to earn money from home. One site I came across was CashCrate.com. This site claims to allow you to earn money by just completing online surveys and market research and that its free to sign up and it costs nothing to complete the surveys.

Here's a review of my experience with signing-up and making money with CashCrate.com.

Signing Up

The sign up process is fairly simple. You just give some basic information like name, address, and email address. CashCrate needs your mailing address in order to mail you a check for your earnings.

Making Money

You make money on CashCrate two ways, completing offers and referring others to complete offers. Completing offers involves you clicking on the surveys from the members' area of CashCrate. You are then redirected to another site to enter some nformation like your name and email address and answer questions about products or offers. Most of the surveys take 5 minutes or less and you'll earn anywhere from fifty cents to a couple of dollars per survey. There are some offers that pay up to $20, but they are usually trial offers for services like NetFlix and credit monitoring and require a credit card to complete the offer.

In my first hour on the site, only completing free offers (requiring no credit card), I made $21.75. Not bad for an hour's work!

Tip: Create a new email account at yahoo.com or gmail.com to use in the surveys. They will generate spam, so it's best to have an email address that you just use for completing surveys.

You can also make money by referring others to the site. You don't get paid for each referral, but you do get a percentage of the money they make when they complete surveys.

Getting Paid

CashCrate pays once per month via check and the minimum payout is only $10.00. From what I've seen, CashCrate pays on time and for the full amount due.

Summery

Overall, CashCrate is an excellent way to make some extra money. In my first hour I made over $20 and since then have made more. Completing the surveys is easy, it can be done anytime day or night, and you'll earn extra cash to spend. The best part is that you'll earn as little or as much as you want. You're earning potential is only limited by the number of surveys you complete.
