My girlfriend and I went and seen, The Pursuit of Happiness a few weeks ago, and I have to say this is one of the best movies of 2006. Will Smith and his son done a stellar job in portraying the parts of Chris and Christopher Gardner.
The movie, the Pursuit of Happiness, is about a struggling outside salesman who finds himself evicted from his apartment. Chris and Christophers are faced with challenges of little money and no where to go.
As each scene unfolds Chris and his son Christopher meet multiple challenges trying to make ends meet. On the brink of homelessness Chris and his son are left to fend for themselves in the streets and train stations of San Francisco, California. But as the scenes unfold Chris is taken one step to finding success as a stockbroker.
The movie, In the Pursuit of Happiness is a roller coaster ride for the emotions. You will find yourself in tears and ecstatic, riding the waves of happiness, at the top of the mountain. I recommend every American who has ever struggled go see the movie, In the Pursuit of Happiness.

Post a CommentI felt the character should have lost his temper a few more times or had some more realistic human flaws...but otherwise as a whole the movie was indeed good
My wife and I saw this film as well. I would have to say it is really about the private struggles we all face that no one knows about. No one at Will's office knew what he was going through, but he still made it.
Good review. An inspiration for us all when we get down to not give up or give out.
Thanks for the great review! I'll have to see this movie.
