The Nikon Company has really done a lot of invention in order for them to stay among the front liner in the digital camera market. Most would say that the D300 is a continuation of the D200 earlier introduce by the Nikon Company. The D300 is equipped with a 12.3 mega pixel that has a resolution of 4288 x 2848 pixels, which is very handy.

The rear of D300 digital camera reveals an AF-ON button; at the front view of the device a procurer would see the newly introduced covers over the PC terminals and the left of the LCD monitor shows the subtle re-arrange of the buttons. The size of the button of the devise is quite big, such that procurers would not any problem with it.

The controls and cubicle doors are made up of plastic fabric. The rubber proof that surrounds delicate part of this device makes it possible for it not to get spoil easily, either by accidental fall or mistakenly hit somewhere.

The LCD monitor used in the Nikon D300 digital camera is quite impressive, which features a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and shows up to 921,600 colors. When comparing this device with other digital camera of its category, a procurer would note that the D300 has gone an extra mile.

On the top of the D300 digital camera a control panel is reveal, which governs the whole right top side of the camera and provides a full range of details photography. When a procurer move the power button to the lamp point the panel green back light is activated. A procurer can also decide to have the rear-lights activated with any switch. The panel displays the amount of frames left on the card, even when the D300 digital camera is deactivated.

When compare to other digital camera of the same category with the D300 digital camera, it is quite appreciated because of the rubber stuff it contain; a procurer would not be afraid whether the device will slip out of his or her hands . Spending about 2-3 hours with the device, a photographer would get use to the D300. It is melt for both neophyte and experience photographer.

Playback is automatically removed or deactivated when a photographer press the shutter release switch half-way would also activated the AF.

A shortcut to format or regulate the Compact Flash card is by pressing the Mode and Delete buttons concurrently for close to two second. The Mode and Delete is situated at the top right of the D300 digital camera.

When a procurer or a photographer half-press the shutter release button the menu is deactivated.

A photographer should press the menu help *p key in playback mode to toggle the 'read only' flag on the LCD monitor / chosen portrait. Both in the playback mode and the record mode, the *p key is functional. The shooting details display on the LCD screen is displayed by pressing the *p button. A photographer can push and grasp the Menu help *p button to put on view a page of help about the presently selected function, in the menu mode

When the shutter release switch is half-way push the camera focuses and lock when it internal focus indicator display on the viewfinder position LCD. I would say that this is quite commendable because the camera focus would only lock, when the in-focus is attained. This is means when snapping a moving object; the camera focus can not lock.

There is more to what the D300 digital camera manufactured by the Nikon Company would do for a photographer. This device is suitable for both the neophyte and experienced photographer.
