I do not know what is causing my horrible neck and shoulder tightness lately, but I can say one of the organic muscles soaks I am using does help relieve the tightness and soreness naturally. The organic muscle soak I have been using is the One Hundred Percent Pure Rosemary Muscle Soak Vapor Bath. So far, it is the only thing that relieves my discomfort in my shoulders and neck naturally.
The One Hundred Percent Pure Rosemary Muscle Soak Vapor Bath is easy to use when I need it fast because it comes in a 4-ounce brown glass bottle that is easy to twist the cap off and pour the soak out of and into the bathtub. The way I make my relaxing and soothing bath with this soak is by filling up my bathtub with hot water and pouring ΒΌ cup of the soak directly into the bathwater. The bath soak dissolves immediately as it hits the water and releases a pleasant uplifting rosemary aroma into the air of my bathroom. I believe this is because the soak is not thick and syrup like as other bath soaks are. Instead, this soak is more of a thin liquid with essential oils such as rosemary, sake, linalool and limonene.
Now once my bath is made with the rosemary soak I get into the hot bath and soak for at least 30 minutes and sometimes longer when the tightness in my back and shoulders is too much for me to handle. The scent of the rosemary coming from the bath is soothing to the mind and the warm water with the soak really helps relieve my stiffness and soothes my body aches right away. After the bath, I have typically been pain free except for the day when I was really feeling tightness from my neck all the way down to my lower back. Overall, I do like the way this organic bath soak works and would recommend it.
However, I do believe this bath soak is expensive for the little 4-ounce bottle it comes in. I do wish the bottle was slightly bigger and the price was more affordable so I could get some more of it. With that being said, I would buy another bottle of the One Hundred Percent Pure Rosemary Muscle Soak Vapor Bath because it does help relieve my tightness naturally and effectively. I do hope those of you who try this muscle soak out as well can find some relief from you muscles tightness and soreness as well.
