I was able to wait while they promptly did the repair and was back on the road again. The service team cares very much about your satisfaction and the few times that have been there for service, they have left my car spotless. I go there often for scheduled maintenance and oil changes. I like it because I always know what type of service I will get. Sometimes if you go to a big auto chain store, you will get good service one time and then poor service the next. I've been burned in the past with expensive auto repairs and that is why I've learned to stick with the dealer.
