Review of Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon: Flavor
Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon is hands down the tastiest bacon on the supermarket shelf. It has 30 percent less fat than regular cooked bacon, yet it retains all of the flavor of regular bacon. For those looking to cut the fat from their diet, but not ready to succumb to eating the dreaded turkey bacon, Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon is the perfect option.
Review of Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon: Storage
Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon comes in a "simple snap" recloseable tray. This eliminates the need for a Ziploc bag, when using only a few strips at a time.
Review of Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon: Ease of Preparation
Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon is easy to prepare in the microwave and tastes just as good prepared this way as it does when fried on top of the stove. Place 4 strips of bacon on a plate in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of the microwave, then drain on paper towels for the perfect BLT! Cook 2 slices of Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon in as little as a minute.
Review of Oscar Myer Center Cut Bacon: Value
Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon is available in the supermarket for approximately $4.50 for a 12 ounce package. While this is slightly more than regular bacon, Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon is tastier, and doesn't shrink as much as regular bacon so the pieces are larger when cooked than regular bacon. It is a good value for health reasons as well, since it contains less fat and sodium than regular bacon.
Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon is a tasty product that is simple to prepare. It is a healthier alternative to regular bacon, yet still retains all the bacon goodness bacon lovers have come to expect. Consumers will not be disappointed with this product. Pick up a package or two of Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon today!

You did it!!! Lost a package of center cut bacon in refrigerator...it had been opened for some time. When I found the package and slowly opened it...the bacon was still fresh. You have come up with a package that is truly STAY FRESH. Many thanks
The natural, no nitrate bacon is my choice for my family. The taste is very good but I keep finding short strips of fat hidden under the nice long pieces of meat. It must be for weight purposes. There is waste due to these fat strips that no one can eat. I have found another brand, Hormel, that doesn't conceal fat. I feel like I was getting ripped off!
I like the center cut bacon, too! ;-) Sheri
