Review: Our Family Natural Spring Water

I don't always drink the healthiest drinks when I'm at home (no booze but quite a bit of soda). But, when I'm at work, I go through quite a bit of water.

When I'm drinking that water, my brand of choice is Our Family Natural Spring Water and no other.

I was introduced to the Our Family spring water a few years ago. I was working for an employer that provided water to its employees. But, to help the business offset the cost; you also had to pay a monthly fee for it. At first, the price wasn't too bad; I think it was about $5 per month. But, they eventually raised it to the point it wasn't very affordable.

I still wanted water to drink but didn't want to pay that money so I ended up stopping off at the grocery store instead and buying a gallon of it for my own use. After buying a couple different brands, I eventually settled on the Our Family spring water.

I'm usually not a big fan of bottled waters because they always seem to have a weird taste to them. This is especially true about so-called spring waters because they taste like someone dipped them out of a mud puddle in their back yard.

The Our Family brand, even though it advertises itself as something more, is one of the few varieties that actually taste like clean and pure water. Instead of having some sort of funky taste (and worse, a bad after taste), I can drink this water and be refreshed.

It's also one of the few brands of water I can drink when it is at room temperature. This is important for me because, again, I'm drinking this at work and I don't have a refrigerator by my desk.

The most important thing about this brand, however, is the price. I can buy a gallon of water for under $1 (or 24 separate bottles of it for under $5). This is much cheaper than any other jug of water I've come across (other than some that had dirt floating in them) and allows me to drink quite a bit without breaking our bank account.

In fact, I like this brand so much, both in terms of quality and price; I've started buying a gallon to keep in the fridge at home. That way, I have no excuse not to drink something healthier than soda on occasion.

If you are looking for water for home or work, this is a brand I would definitely recommend buying.
