How To Get There:

Restaurant Hours:
We've showed up at this restaurant more than once only to find it closed, so I wanted to be sure to mention the hours. Please note that this restaurant is closed on Mondays. It is open from 10:30 A.M. through 9:00 P.M. on Tuesdays through Sundays.
The Menu:
Pho Saigon serves a variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes. Appetizers include egg rolls, spring rolls, fried wontons and others. Other dishes include pho, (noodle soup) broken rice plates, vermicelli, and others. There is a vegetarian menu, although there are only 4 items on it, and all of them include tofu.
Beverages:
This place has a fantastic selection of beverages. You can get beer, (including Vietnamese beer,) soft drinks, orange juice, coconut juice, soy milk, fresh lemonade, Vietnamese iced coffee, Thai iced tea, (including tapioca if you want it!) a jelly drink, a lychee drink, and others.
My husband is a coffee drinker, so he decided to try the Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk. He took a sip, and his eyes widened and he said "Whooa!" I asked, "Well, do you like it?" He said "Yeah, but it's really thick, and strong. If I drink 2 of these it might put me in the hospital!" He wasn't kidding. I took a sip of it- I don't drink coffee, mind you- and it was enough to have me bouncing off the walls all afternoon. I should also mention that if all coffee tasted that good, I'd probably be a coffee drinker. That stuff was delicious.
On a different visit, my husband ordered a Thai iced tea. He wasn't expecting the Thai iced tea with tapioca, but that's the one he got. Note: all the items on the menu are numbered, so it's probably a good idea to specify the number you want when you are ordering to avoid surprises like this. Well, unless you like surprises. Since he does enjoy surprises, he decided to give the tapioca version a try. It was served with a really large straw, and there are little balls of tapioca in the tea that come up through the straw with every sip. I took a photo of the Tapioca Thai iced tea, so you can see how it looks if you take a look at all the pictures. We shared the tapioca Thai iced tea, and and enjoyed it, but both of us decided we like Thai iced tea better without the tapioca. The version with the tapioca was good, and it was definitely an interesting change of pace, we're just not really tapioca lovers.
The regular Thai iced tea served by this restaurant is delicious.
Our meals:
I ate charbroiled beef with broken rice on all 3 of our visits. Yes, I liked it that much. My husband tried it too, and he liked it enough to order it on one of our subsequent visits. The portion was generous, especially considering the price. There was more beef on the plate than I typically eat in a month. It could easily be shared by 2 people if you go with a friend and want to split a few different dishes. The charbroiled beef was consistently as good the second and third time I ordered it. The beef was tender and flavorful each time.
My husband first tried the Pho Ga (chicken rice noodle soup) and loved that enough to order it again on another visit.
Conclusion:
We are thrilled to recommend this restaurant to everyone! The food you get is a great value for the money.
