Lion Brand Pink Yarns
All of the Lion Brand yarns that I have tried are incredibly soft and are available in beautiful shades of pink. My favorites are Lion Brand Homespun (100% acrylic) yarn in the shade of "Cotton Candy", Lion Brand Hometown USA (chunky 100% acrylic) yarn in the shade of "Honolulu Pink", Lion Brand Suede (100% polyester) yarn in the vibrant shades of "Rose" and "Fuchsia", and Lion Brand Velvetspun yarn in the shade of "Carnation". All of these pink yarns are ideal for making scarves and shawls.
Bernat Pink Yarns
Bernat carries so many shades of pink yarn. They include Bernat Satin (softest 100% acrylic Bernat Yarn) in the shades of "Antique Rose", "Cameo", "Maitai", and "Flamingo"; Bernat Baby Soft (premium acrylic) yarns in the shades of "Prettiest Pink" and "Warm Rose"; and Bernat Chunky (86% bamboo, 12% acrylic, 2% polyester eco-friendly) yarn in the shade of "Roseship". Bernat's pink yarns are suitable for both baby items and women's wear.
Red Heart Pink Yarns
I have purchased a variety of pink Red Heart yarns ranging from worsted to light textured. They include Red Heart Designer Sport (100% acrylic light weight) yarn in the shade of "Blossom"; and Red Heart Worsted (100% acrylic) yarns in the shades of "Magenta", "Soft Rose", and "Country Rose." These pink Red Heart yarns are great for crocheting or knitting items ranging from scarves to throws.
Sugar n Cream Pink Yarns
During the warmer weather, my pink yarn of choice is 100% cotton made by Sugar n Cream. My favorite pink shades include "Pinky Stripes" and "Strawberry" which I use to crochet string bags and halter tops.
Caron Pink Yarns
During the cooler weather, an ideal yarn to try is Naturally Caron Country yarn composed of 25% Merino Wool and 75% Microdenier Acrylic. It is available in a light pink shade called "Rose Bisque".
Having reviewed these yarn name brand and types in shades of pink, knitters and crocheters are prepared to craft pink womens' and girls' handbags, scarves, and hats as well as baby rompers, caps, and blankets. While the listed pink yarns are only a sample of the multitude of pink yarns available, more of these beautiful shades can be found by browsing your local craft store or craft store websites. Pink yarn is definitely an item to invest in.
