As population of Mexican people grows in the USA, the number of Mexican grills also gets increased. The Mexican food lovers are rapidly increasing recently in the USA and the Mexican grills serving authentic Mexican food are flourishing now a day in the USA. We visited one such Mexican Grill restaurant, Qdoba, in the suburbs of Baltimore during the last weekend on our way back to Washington DC from New York. Qdoba is a large chain of Mexican Grill restaurants and there are around 84 such Qdoba Mexican Grills in the USA. Qdoba has a high popularity among the restaurants serving Mexican varieties. The Qdoba restaurant, which we visited recently is situated at White Marsh at Nottingham Square, 5282G Campbell Boulevard, MD-21236, having phone number as 410-933-8870.

Qdoba has a specialty of creating their own unique flavors and combining them in various unexpected ways to make mouthwatering food delicacies. All types of Mexican food varieties like Burritos, Nachos, Quesadillas, salads, Tortilla chips and soup, tacos, and Chips and dips are available here at Qdoba. The special salsas and sauces are surely going to add to your pleasure. We ordered the famous signature main entrée dish of Taco Salad, Quesadillas, and Nachos among us four people. The food served was delicious and also in large proportions. The starter order was for the Tortilla chips with the Salsa sauce. The Taco Salad was having all sorts of vegetarian items mixed in the most appropriate way to make the most delicious final combination. The Mexican rice was also added in the salad that really improved the taste. The cost of the signature Taco Salad vegetarian was $4.49 and $5.99 for such non-vegetarian salad dish. The quantity was also quite sufficient for individual full dinner. The salad was consisting of lettuce, tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, sour cream, onions, Mexican rice, and white American cheese. The sauces in all sorts of combination were added to make the taste of final product really delicious.

The other entrée dish of Cheese Quesadillas was also superb, due to the white Cheddar and Monterey jack with pico de gallo. It was served with fresh guacamole, sour cream, and salsa sauce. Such Quesadillas are also available in Chicken and stick varieties in the price range of around $5 to $6. The 3 cheese Nachos was the next main item we had ordered. This dish is comparatively lighter and is served with homemade tortilla chips with warm 3- cheese Queso. If you are not too hungry and would like a light meal, then, this is the most ideal selection. The Signature Burritos and Tacos are also served in many varieties like Chicken, Steak, Fajita Classica, Ground Sirloin, and vegetarian, in the price range of $5 to $6 per plate. The Mexican Gumbo is like a full meal comprising of rice, beans, tortilla soup, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and topped up with tortilla strips. The special kid's meal is served for the kids in the age group of 12 and under at the nominal rate of $3.99 only, which comes with small soft drink and side of chips. The only aspect that can bother you at Qdoba is that you will have to stand at the counter, specifically indicating the staff member to add the items you want in clear exact words, so that the final taste of your order does not get bad. It happened with me and the final taste of my Taco Salad was too sour to eat. I had to properly balance it by adding some sauces again before I could eat it.

Qdoba also serves special menus for the parties. The hot Nacho Bar, Hot Taco Bar, and Hot naked Burrito bar are served for 20, 30, 50, and 100 people at the rates of $160, $235, $395, and $770 respectively. The naked Burrito bar consists of all the good burrito fillings served in a bowl without the tortilla wrapping. These hot bars of Qdoba are extremely popular and are served in many parties recently.

As a conclusion, Qdoba is a nice Mexican Grill restaurant serving authentic Mexican food delicacies that is gaining popularity at a very rapid rate recently.
