These cookies are made with whole grain Quaker Oats and brown sugar. Also these cookies have wheat flour, oat flakes, peanut, eggs, honey and oat fiber as well as almond, coconut, wheat starch, wheat germ, soy, among many other great tasting items.
For the price these cookies were offered at, I could not turn down such a great deal. I purchased these cookies at The Grocery Outlet in The Dalles, Oregon market. Each individual pack contains 4 small cookies packed with flavor and greatness that only those that try them will be able to understand.
Some of the nutritional information on these cookies are that with 1 pack of cookies you'll get 210 calories. There is no trans fats inside these cookies as well as you'll find only 3 grams of saturated fat. You'll receive 8 grams of total fat with these cookies and 180 milligrams of sodium.
There is 5 milligrams of cholesterol per serving and 33 grams of total carbohydrates per serving with these cookies. If you are concerned with eating more protein and fiber daily in your diet then you'll want to try these cookies. They have 5 whole grams of dietary fiber per serving as well as 4 grams of protein per serving.
These cookies are great plain or try them with a glass of milk or that cup of coffee. These cookies are crunchy and hard and are a healthier choice than any other regular cookies made with tons of sugar and trans fats and lots of salt.
If you would like to learn more about these great tasting cookies by Quaker you can write them at The Quaker Oats Company, P.O. Box 049003, Chicago, Il. 60604. Or you can contact them by phone at 1-800-856-5781. Or you can log into their web site at www.quakeroats.com.
My family has really enjoyed these cookies and don't feel as guilty enjoying a cookie in our daily menu. Packed these in your kids lunches or take along for a quick and easy snack to enjoy any time of the day.
