I signed up for a low membership fee (less than $50) and opted for the monthly automatic withdrawal of $19.95 for the membership. Compared to other gyms in the Lancaster area, their fees were very reasonable.
Quest Total Fitness offers many services from an excellent weight lifting room, aerobic area, machine weights, varieties of cardio machines, ab room, massage and tanning services, and clean bathroom and shower areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and if you're serious about getting in shape, you can also hire a personal trainer.
The facility is very clean and modern, yet affordable. They offer filtered water for free to everyone working out, and provde plenty of stations with towels and disinfectant to keep the gym equipment clean and sterile. For those with children, there is excellent childcare provided for a small additional fee up to 2 hours at a time.
If you want to get more involved, Quest Total Fitness also offers a variety of classes. The classes range from Tai Chi, to Yoga, to kickboxing and beyond. There are many available classes and times to suit your schedule and preference.
This gym also offers flat screen televisions in front of the cardio area, and live streaming music from local radio stations. You are required to provide your own headsets for these services, but there is no additional cost.
While Quest Total Fitness it not a large gym, it is well equipped and very community minded. The gym is very supportive to its members, helping out whenever they can in special circumstances and situations.
Overall, Quest Total Fitness is a good gym if you are budget minded, but looking for a thorough workout. The more you come, the more you'll get to know the friendly staff and members of this close knit fitness community.
